The absence of comprehensive administrative strategies and specific training for operators, together with the scarce regulation and lack of collaboration between tourism stakeholders, limits the growth of glamping. This context requires the design of innovative and sustainable approaches to enhance its competitiveness, to align the expectations of tourists. The research addresses the need to implement administrative strategies to enhance glamping at Finca La Clarita. A mixed approach was assumed and a sample of 150 tourists who visited the farm in the last year was determined. Structured surveys and semi-structured interviews were applied to obtain an in-depth understanding of the tourists' perceptions and suggestions. The results indicate that for the most part tourists are satisfied with the facilities and services, but also reveal areas for improvement such as the diversification of recreational activities and the need for more effective promotion. The Pearson correlation used in the analysis suggested a significant relationship between effective management strategies and improvement of the glamping experience. Therefore, the importance of optimizing administrative strategies to strengthen the glamping offer at Finca La Clarita is evident.
